I was looking for a book, other than the book of  Bob Katz, about audio mastering. There is not much to find but I cam across this book from John Rogers owner of JR mastering. When I first opened the book, my first thought was that this book wouldn’t bring much. But this first impression was fully based on the typography/layout of the book. Just to show two example pages:

However, when I read the first few pages I became much more enthusiastic.  It is nicely written with a sense of human, and it actually does give insight in the mastering process. Thus, I can recommend this book if you are taking your first  steps into audio mastering.
